Pastor Saundra L. Morgan-Holley was born to the union of Elder and Mother Richard L. Morgan of Baltimore, Maryland. She is a native Baltimorean who has chosen to make a change in an inner city environment as well as touching lives throughout the world through ministry. Pastor Morgan-Holley received the baptism of the Holy Spirit at the early age of 12 years old, where she served under the leadership of Bishop Kato Pierson, Founder and Pastor of the Bibleway Church of Jesus Christ, Inc. and later named the Greater Temple of Praise Church of Christ, Elder Michael L. Morgan Pastor. Under these leaderships she served faithfully in many areas of ministry such as the Missionary Department, Assistant Sunday School Teacher, Pastor's Aide President and Minister of Music. Pastor Morgan-Holley yielded to the call of ministry in 1995, and in 1999 was consecrated as Evangelist under the Bibleway Churches World Wide Inc., Apostle Franklin C. Showell. In the year of 2005 she was appointed by God to establish the Greater Manifestation Worship and Praise Ministry Inc., Church of the Lord Jesus Christ and in 2020 by the leading of the Holy Spirit merged ministries along with her husband which birthed Shekinah Temple Of Christ Inc. She serves as Pastor alongside her husband, Bishop Keith C. Holley. The ministry serves in covenant fellowship with the New Beginnings Fellowship Churches Inc., Bishop Darnell Leach. She received her degrees in Biblical Educational Training and Creation Therapy
Christian Counseling. She is married to one of the Greatest Men in this world, Bishop
Keith C. Holley. Pastor Morgan-Holley has been commissioned by God to spread the
gospel of Jesus Christ in various states and foreign countries. HE IS MY KING!!!

Bishop Keith C. Holley was born Maryland with his mother Barbara and his late father, Charles Lee. He also lived with his Grandparents Esther and George Holley, where he attended Asbury United Methodist Church. Bishop Holley, under the Inspiration of the Holy Spirit, Founded and Pastored EL Shaddai Temple of Jesus Christ, Inc. for the duration of 18 years. In 2006, Bishop Holley was birthed in the prophetic ministry under Rabbi Raymond Stansbury with an anointing of understanding. One of his gifts to the body is to bring clarity. He served 20 years Under the leadership of Bishop Rodgers Cofield, as Youth Minister at St John Apostolic Church. And the Churches of God in Christ Jesus Apostolic, Baltimore MD. He was consecrated and elevated to the Ecclesiastical Office of Bishop in the year, 2017. Bishop Holley received his Doctorate in Ministry from Family Bible College and Seminary; Baltimore Md. Bishop Holley has a passion for the Hebraic roots of the church where he teaches the annual feast of the Lord from a Messianic perspective. In March 2020 he and his wife Pastor Saundra Holley officially merged two Churches and became Shekinah Temple of Christ, Inc. He has served in ministry for over 42 years. Bishop Holley has partnered with a foreign churches in Pakistan as well as in Kenya. Bishop Holley produces a Weekly Cable TV broadcast, "STOC Inspiration" which airs twice weekly every Wednesday and Sunday on Harford Cable Network.

Bishop Holley is a member of New Beginnings under Bishop Darnel Leach. Atlanta, GA. And Served with the World Believers Fellowship under the late Bishop Michael Hanna, in Baltimore, MD.

Bishop, along with the Men’s Ministry, “The Mighty Men of Valor” has hosted a Men's Retreat. His passion is to pour into Men so they can fulfill their God-given assignments. He believes if we fix the man, the rest of the puzzle will fall into place. One of my desires is to see families restored and made whole to fulfill the will of God in their lives.

Finally, Bishop Holley loves The Lord because He first loved him, and delivered him from all his trouble. One of his favorite scriptures is “In everything give thanks for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you” (1 Thessalonians 5:18).

 We have a kingdom minded agenda. Our areas of ministry are geared toward reaching the lost and developing believers for ministry. We are committed to ministering to the whole man, (Spirit, Body and Soul). Through our outreach and inreach ministry, we strive to attend to the areas that Jesus spoke of in Matthew 25:35-37.
